Remove Market

There are three states possible when removing a market:

  1. Empty Market: vault has zero deposits.
  2. Liquid Market with Deposits: vault has deposits which is sufficient to facilitate withdrawals.
  3. Illiquid Market with Deposits: vault has deposits which is insufficient to facilitate withdrawals.
